Services and referrals
Swallownest Remote Ltd. helps you compare options and prepare for work-related travel. The scope depends on the service you request and the information available at the time.
What we provide
We may provide destination information, relocation planning, remote work guidance, travel planning and introductions to third-party providers. We will describe the agreed scope and any applicable fee before work begins.
What we are not
Swallownest Remote Ltd. is not a travel agency, immigration adviser, law firm or tax adviser. You should obtain qualified advice when a decision concerns a visa, tax residence, employment status or local law.
Third-party providers
A referral puts you in contact with another business. That provider controls its own service, price, contract, availability and standards. You must read its terms before you pay or share sensitive information.
No approval promise
We cannot guarantee visa approval, entry permission, accommodation quality, internet performance or a provider's availability. Rules and commercial conditions can change without notice.
Keep your records. Save the written quote, supplier terms and confirmation you receive for each booking.

Bookings, payments and cancellations
A booking becomes binding when the required payment has cleared and the relevant provider or Swallownest Remote Ltd. has confirmed it in writing. Timing matters.
Booking process
- We will confirm whether you book through Swallownest Remote Ltd. or directly with a provider.
- Prices, deposits, final payment dates and currencies will be shown before confirmation where they are known.
- Availability is not secured until the booking party confirms it.
Payment terms
Pay invoices by the stated due date using the method provided. Bank charges, exchange-rate differences and provider surcharges may apply. A late or failed payment can result in a booking being released.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us promptly if your plans change. Our service fees may be non-refundable once planning work has started. Notice periods and cancellation charges for a supplier are governed by that supplier's terms.
Refunds
Any refund depends on the applicable booking conditions and on funds being returned by the relevant provider. We will pass on eligible refunds received, less any agreed fees or unavoidable charges.

User responsibilities and limitations
Good planning needs accurate information and sensible checks. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the documents you submit.
Give accurate details
Provide truthful information about your nationality, dates, work, budget, accessibility needs and travel plans. Tell us when anything changes. We may pause work if key information is missing or misleading.
Follow local requirements
You must check passports, visas, permits, insurance, health requirements and local laws before travelling. Advice from Swallownest Remote Ltd. does not replace an official decision or current government guidance.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Swallownest Remote Ltd. is not liable for indirect loss, missed work, lost income, data loss or disruption caused by a third-party provider, border authority, carrier, host or event outside our reasonable control.
Our content
Text, layouts, branding and planning materials created by Swallownest Remote Ltd. belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own planning. Do not copy, resell or publish them without written permission.
Applicable law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
